Route Overview:

Day 01: approach to Diavolezza Hut
Meeting point at the Diavolezza cable car parking.
Ascent by cable car to the Diavolezza refuge 2978 m.
Dinner and overnight stay at the refuge.

Day 02: Piz Palù Kuffner Spur
The climb begins with moderate ice slopes leading into steeper terrain up to the attack of the Kuffner Spur.
Reached the base of the rocky ridge, follow the entire ridge to the eastern summit of Piz Palù (3881 meters).
Elevation gain 1200 m - Difficulty D with slopes up to 50° - V- III+ UIAA - 9/10 hours

The Normal Swiss route leads back to the Diavolezza refuge.
